Gin Mule


  • 1 mint sprig
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 0.75 ounce lime juice - freshly squeezed
  • 1.75 ounces dry gin
  • 1 ounce ginger beer


  • Mint Sprig


  1. In a shaker, muddle the mint sprig, simple syrup and lime juice.
  2. Add the gin, ginger beer and ice, and shake until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
