Ingredients
- 1 mint sprig
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 0.75 ounce lime juice - freshly squeezed
- 1.75 ounces dry gin
- 1 ounce ginger beer
Garnish
- Mint Sprig
Directions
- In a shaker, muddle the mint sprig, simple syrup and lime juice.
- Add the gin, ginger beer and ice, and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
