Apple Cider Mule


  • 2 ounces (0.25 cup) vodka
  • 2 ounces (0.25 cup) apple cider
  • 0.5 ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lime juice
  • 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) ginger beer
  • For the garnish: lime wedge, thyme sprig or apple slice, sprinkle of cinnamon


  • Apple slice and sprinkle of cinnamon


  1. Add the London dry gin, lime juice and raspberry syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Add the ginger beer.
  3. If desired, sprinkle with a tiny hint of cinnamon.
  4. Serve immediately.
